Se ci lasci la tua email e metti la spunta, la usiamo per una cosa sola: mandarti una email quando apre il sito. Niente newsletter, nessun’altra comunicazione, e l’indirizzo non viene dato a nessuno. La base è il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che puoi ritirare quando vuoi.
Salviamo l’indirizzo, la data e l’ora, la lingua e il testo esatto della spunta che hai accettato, come prova del consenso. Stanno nel database di questo sito, sul server indicato qui sotto, e li vedono solo Felter Mauro e chi gestisce tecnicamente il sito per suo conto. Li cancelliamo dopo l’email di apertura, e comunque entro 6 mesi dalla tua iscrizione. Per essere cancellato prima basta scrivere a feltermauro@gmail.com.
Quanti ci visitano
Contiamo, in forma aggregata, quante persone aprono la pagina e quali pulsanti toccano (WhatsApp, video, lingua, informazioni), con il tipo di dispositivo e il sito da cui si arriva. Lo fa il nostro server, senza cookie e senza servizi esterni. L’indirizzo IP non viene salvato: serve solo, insieme al tipo di browser e a un codice che cambia ogni giorno, a calcolare un’impronta non reversibile che distingue le visite dai clic ripetuti. La base è il nostro legittimo interesse a sapere se la pagina funziona (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

What this page collects
Only what you choose to give us: the email address written in “Tell me when it opens”. There are no analytics or profiling cookies, and the page loads nothing from other websites.
The “Tell me when it opens” list
If you leave your email and tick the box, we use it for one thing only: sending you one email when the website opens. No newsletter, no other messages, and the address is not given to anyone. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We store the address, the date and time, the language and the exact text of the box you ticked, as proof of consent. They are kept in this website’s database, on the server named below, and only Felter Mauro and whoever runs the website technically on his behalf can see them. We delete them after the opening email, and in any case within 6 months of your sign-up. To be removed earlier, just write to feltermauro@gmail.com.
How many people visit
We count, in aggregate, how many people open the page and which buttons they tap (WhatsApp, video, language, information), with the device type and the website they come from. Our own server does this, with no cookies and no external services. The IP address is not stored: together with the browser type and a code that changes daily, it is only used to compute a non-reversible fingerprint that tells visits apart from repeated clicks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the page works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Like any website, the server records some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to run the site and protect it from abuse.
